Abbi S. Freifeld was born in Clearwater, Florida. Ms. Freifeld graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Criminology in 2002. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2005.

While in law school, Ms. Freifeld clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida and earned her certification as a Legal Intern by the Florida Supreme Court. Additionally, Ms. Freifeld received honors in Appellate Advocacy and the Book Award for the highest grade in the Pro Se Family Clinic Preparation Course.

Prior to joining Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg and Zlotnick P.A., Ms. Freifeld was employed as In House Counsel for Madison Financial Holding Group, a residential real estate company, where she focused on real estate, employment and closing-based legal issues. Ms. Freifeld joined Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg and Zlotnick P.A. in 2007.
