MARK J. ROSE (Associate)

Mark J. Rose was born in New York and moved to Boca
Raton in 1990. Mr. Rose obtained his Bachelor of Science
in Engineering, cum laude, from the University of
Pittsburgh and obtained his Master of Business
Administration and Juris Doctor from Stetson University.
Prior to joining Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg & Zlotnick,
P.A., Mr. Rose practiced civil litigation and personal
injury law at a boutique law firm in Boca Raton,
Florida. Mr. Rose is admitted to the United States
District Court for the Southern District of Florida and
is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator.
While in law school Mr. Rose served as a federal
litigation intern at the United States Department of
Justice, earned a certificate in Leadership Development,
and served on the American Bar Association award winning
Student Leadership Development Committee. Mr. Rose
served as a member of the Barney Masterson American Inn
of Court and worked as a law clerk in both plaintiffs’
and defense civil litigation firms specializing in
personal injury, auto negligence, and premises
liability.
