Jeffrey B. Tutan was born in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Tutan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from Florida Southern College in 1982 and a Juris Doctorate degree from The Cumberland School of Law in 1985.

During his first five years of practice, he worked for the law firm of Solomon, Murphy and Cote, handling and trying insurance defense cases. For the next eleven years, Mr. Tutan worked for The Hartford’s staff law office with Alan L. Landsberg. While working for The Hartford, Mr. Tutan earned the title of “Trial Specialist” and tried over 35 jury trials.

Mr. Tutan became a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney in 1994. Mr. Tutan joined the firm in June 2002.
