Kimberly A. Hill has practiced law in Florida since 1989. Prior to joining Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg & Zlotnick, Ms. Hill was with the firm of Conroy, Simberg, Ganon, et. al, the last eleven of which she was a partner with the firm. Ms. Hill practiced workers’ compensation defense at the trial level and appellate practice.

Ms. Hill holds the distinction of being one of only three attorneys who are Certified by the Florida Bar in both Workers' Compensation Law (1995) and Appellate Practice (1997). Ms. Hill has tried in excess of one hundred workers’ compensation cases and has handled in excess of 250 appeals or other appellate proceedings. She has presented oral argument on more than seventy-five occasions before the First District and once in the Supreme Court of Florida.

Ms. Hill has also been involved in several legally significant cases at the appellate level which resulted in legislative changes that have benefitted Employer/Carriers throughout the State of Florida in Workers’ Compensation matters. Ms. Hill has been selected twice for the honor of appearing before the First District Court of Appeal to present oral argument at the 2005 and 2007 Workers' Compensation Annual Educational Conferences. Ms. Hill has given numerous seminars regarding various areas of workers' compensation law and appellate practice.
