Michael A. Rosenberg was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Mr. Rosenberg obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University.

Mr. Rosenberg, handles all areas of defense law for the firm. His specific focus has been Special Investigative Unit (SIU) / Fraud claims, and their defense and complex litigation defense relating to mass case filings. He has also been approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services to teach continuing education courses for the Firm.

While in law school, Mr. Rosenberg was an Articles Editor on the St. Thomas Law Review. Mr. Rosenberg was also a member and competitor on the International Moot Court competitions team.

Prior to joining Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg and Zlotnick P.A., Mr. Rosenberg was an associate for a prominent plaintiff’s law firm. Mr. Rosenberg is fluent in French and is able to speak Creole. Mr. Rosenberg joined the firm in 2005 and was elected partner in 2009.
