Partner James Gueits to Present at DCBA Third DCA Fall Seminar

Miami Partner James P. Gueits will be presenting “The Do’s and Don’ts of Motions for New Trial based on Closing Argument in the Trial Court and On Appeal” with the Dade County Bar Association’s Appellate Court & Civil Litigation Committee Members at the Third DCA Fall Seminar.
The seminar will take place at the Third District Court of Appeal on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at 3:00 pm will focus on post-trial motion issues and feature mock arguments replicating both the trial level and appellate level.
