The Annual Meeting and Education Conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South August 12-15, 2015 in Orlando, FL. The theme for the meeting this year is Finding Focus in Risk Management and Patient Safety. The conference will feature several nationally known presenters and will include a significant amount of Florida-specific information.

Edward J. Carbone, managing partner of the Tampa office and the head of the firm’s Healthcare practice, is actively involved with FSHRMPS. He helps healthcare providers manage their risks and seek to reduce the frequency and severity of claims. He offers healthcare providers risk management advice to help them comply with the various laws and regulations that govern them and to help them try to prevent claims from arising. But when claims do arise, his 20 years of litigation experience help healthcare providers defend themselves effectively.
