Roig Lawyers West Palm Beach Attorney Appointed to Serve on Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “D”

February 9, 2015

Roig Lawyers, a minority-owned multi-practice litigation law firm dedicated to serving clients across six offices throughout Florida, is pleased to announce that Lisa S. Lullove has been appointed by the Florida Bar to serve on the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “D” from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017.

Grievance committees are made up of volunteer members, at least one-third of whom are not lawyers. Each of Florida’s 20 judicial circuits has at least one such committee. The grievance committee reviews complaints with much the same purpose as a grand jury. That is, the committee decides, after a case is submitted to them by bar counsel, whether there is probable cause to believe a lawyer violated the professional conduct rules imposed by the Supreme Court of Florida and whether discipline against the lawyer appears to be warranted.

Lisa concentrates her practice in the areas of Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/No-Fault litigation. Lisa also has litigated cases in the areas of premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, automobile negligence, negligent security, toxic torts, false imprisonment/malicious prosecution, libel/slander/defamation, property damage, professional negligence, subrogation and insurance coverage issues.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Miami (B.A., 1995), Barry University (M.S.W, 1998), and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D., 2002).
