How did Jenna Hackman and Jason Boone, Esq., from our Jacksonville office, recently win against an alleged trip and fall case?
Plaintiff, who admitted she was not looking where she was walking at the time of the incident, fell off the sidewalk outside of our client’s place of business and ultimately suffered a fracture of the 5th metatarsal of her left foot.
After a 3-day trial and rejecting the Defendant’s PFS (which was offered once more during trial), the jury returned a defense verdict.
