John E. Eckard II of Roig Lawyers to Present 5-Hour Law and Ethics Update to Allstate

John E. Eckard II, managing partner of Roig Lawyers’ Orlando office, will present the 5-Hour Law and Ethics Update Course to Allstate on November 12, 2014.

John will present to insurance adjusters and claims professionals. The course is designed to identify, for insurance adjusters and insurance investigators, ethical issues surrounding fraud investigations and strategies for handling such issues when they arise.

John’s practice is devoted entirely to litigation defending carriers in insurance coverage matters. He counsels and represents insurance industry clients on a wide array of coverage matters, including general and automobile liability. His work involves every aspect of insurer representation from rendering coverage advice to prosecuting and defending cases at the trial court level.

John’s practice has also included aspects of insurance coverage, bad faith, medical malpractice, and administrative law.

John is a graduate of Dowling College (B.S., 1991) and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center (J.D., 2001).
