Tony Dacosta is an attorney in the Deerfield Beach office of Roig Lawyers.
He concentrates his practice in the area of Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/No-Fault Litigation. Tony also conducts Examinations Under Oath (EUO) on behalf of insurers in the investigation of PIP/No-Fault insurance claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Tony gained pre-trial preparation and strategy experience in criminal court. He served as an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida’s Public Defender’s office. Tony also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Ninth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s office.
