Vanessa Duffey is an attorney in the Deerfield Beach office of Roig Lawyers.
She concentrates her practice in the area of Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/No-Fault Litigation. Vanessa handles all aspects of insurance defense litigation including examinations under oath, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Vanessa served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the Attorney General’s Office where she obtained extensive litigation experience prosecuting dependency and termination of parental rights cases on behalf of the State of Florida. Vanessa also served as an Attorney ad Litem with Legal Aid Services of Broward County where she advocated on behalf of children in dependency, delinquency, and administrative proceedings.
