DuBois, ARNP, DNP, FNP-BC, FAANP of The University of Arizona College of Nursing to present “Analysis of Emergency Medical Condition (EMC) Examinations Performed Pursuant to Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Protocols.” The presenters will discuss the statutory requirement to maintain protocols, how those protocols are properly established, and how to determine if services are lawfully rendered under the PIP statute where there has been a failure to maintain and practice within those protocols.
