Bart has extensive experience in defending depositions, preparing motions and other documents in support of the same regarding various legal issues to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Bill dedicates his practice to defending insurance companies and their insureds in home, auto, and commercial claims throughout the state of Florida. He has significant experience with investigation of fraudulent or suspicious claims involving automobile accidents, personal injury protection, bodily injury, property, and commercial claims. Bill has worked closely with both large and small insurance companies to assist with their claims handling practices.
