ROIG Lawyers Attorney Accepted to Boca Chamber’s Leadership Boca 2016 Program

April 14, 2016

Cassandra Zayne, attorney in the West Palm Beach office of ROIG Lawyers, has been accepted into the Boca Chamber’s Leadership Boca 2016.

“I am privileged to be part of such a great organization that gives back to their community in so many ways. This new role will not only help develop my leadership skills but will allow me to give back to the Boca community,” said Zayne. The participants of this program will have the opportunity to become part of a growing network of community and business leaders with whom they will collaborate for the rest of their careers. Leadership Boca prepares the participants for leadership roles and provides them opportunities to meet face-to-face with community leaders.

Leadership Boca is an eight-session program designed to educate civic-minded individuals in the greater Boca Raton area with regards to issues and concerns facing the community. The program develops a pool of leaders to become involved in creating, maintaining and enhancing the quality of life in Boca Raton. It involves meeting with experts in the fields of government, health care, environment, education, social services, business, public safety, the arts, the media and more. Participants are given the opportunity to learn about civic issues, question situations and formulate solutions by looking at the big picture.

About the Attorney

Prior to joining the firm, Cassandra was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta Honors Fraternity and the Business Law Society. She served as a legal intern with the Family and Consumer Law units of Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. In this capacity, she managed all aspects of foreclosure, debt collection and domestic violence cases for indigent clients.

Cassandra has continued her philanthropic efforts by remaining an active volunteer in her community. In particular, she prides herself on her continued fundraising efforts for the Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure foundation and encourages others to become involved in the tireless search for a cure.
